Who is responsible

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
• Purchase details from our payment provider (we never see your full card number).
• Your practice data: answers, scores, progress and lessons listened to, so we can show your progress.
• Basic usage and device data, and, if you agree, analytics and advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• To give you access and save your progress (contract).
• To send receipts and important service emails (contract).
• To send exam-date reminders and tips if you opt in (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To improve the product and measure our advertising (legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it).

Who we share it with

Service providers that run the product for us: hosting, email, payments (Lemon Squeezy) and analytics. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active and for up to 24 months after your pass ends, unless the law requires longer (for example, tax records).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by emailing us. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
